About Us

chelsea locums is run by a GP, Elizabeth Sinclair, and her practice manager, Florence Hughes. They have 25 years' experience in general practice between them.

The motivation behind the launch of chelsea locums was the fact that when their practice list grew hugely and they needed more medical manpower, they were as frustrated as many of their colleagues have been by the inability of many agencies to provide good and reliable locums. With the knowledge that more and more GPs are becoming locums as a career choice for financial and professional reasons there was an obvious need for the locums to be introduced to the surgeries so freeing up their time to do what they were trained for.

Elizabeth is motivated by success. She understands the importance of reliability and efficiency in this field, having locumed herself for some years.

Florence is an experienced and efficient practice manager with excellent organisational and communication skills.
